but fierce.

A qualified and registered naturopathic practitioner (dipCNM, mANP) currently carrying out additional studies training as a nutritional therapist and psychological life coach.

Helping women get out of living in survival mode, giving them skills, education and knowledge to return to balance through a blend of functional & naturopathic medicine, nutrition, mindset change and nervous system support.

Supporting women in reducing inflammation, fatigue, anxiety, bloating, depression and overwhelm using science backed strategies uncovering the underlying patterns and stressors that keep the body stuck in survival mode.

I’ve never believed that "normal" should be the goal.

Somewhere along the way, we've accepted exhaustion and overwhelm as a badge of honour, stress as a way of life, and feeling disconnected from ourselves as something we simply have to live with.

I don't believe that's how we're meant to live.

I believe lasting health isn't created by pushing harder or doing more. It's created by understanding your body, regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your soul, and working with and in alignment with your body instead of against it.

That's why my approach blends science with a holistic view of health, helping women build the knowledge, confidence and sustainable habits to create lasting transformation from the inside out.

My work is rooted in lived experience.

At 19, I was diagnosed with PCOS (now PMOS) and spent nearly eight years navigating chronic pain, inflammation, emotional eating and depression. On the outside I was driven and successful, but on the inside, I was deeply disconnected from my body.

After countless medical appointments, scans, being told to go on the contraceptive pill with little progress in my symptoms, one pivotal conversation with a GP in 2019 changed everything. I decided to stop outsourcing my health and start understanding it. That decision led me to overhaul my lifestyle starting with ultra-processed foods and going down many rabbit holes to eventually signing up to train as a naturopathic practitioner.

However, what I later realised that improving my diet and nutrition was only one part of it.

In 2021 following some really dark thoughts, I decided to work with a life coach and this completely changed the way I thought not only about myself but the way I see the world and things around me too.

I worked on building my self-esteem and making choices daily to change the trajectory of my life, I truly overhauled my thinking and beliefs about myself, and I can hand on heart say that I would have struggled to get through 2025 if I hadn’t.

In 2025, after years of pushing and building my business alongside a full-time corporate career, my body forced me to stop. What followed was a very hard year into a deeper healing journey, uncovering suppressed emotion, generational patterns and understanding ways I had learned to push through instead of feel.

I would never sit and tell anyone that this journey is easy, because it certainly isn’t when you do the work properly, but I truly believe it is for a reason.

And because of my personal experience and my life path, it has reshaped my work entirely.

Today, I teach women the exact things that actually change your life so they can reduce inflammation while reconnecting to their nervous system and soul. Because lasting change isn’t just about food or routines, it’s about giving yourself safety, emotional awareness and flexible regulation.

This is where science meets soul.

Where physical healing meets emotional truth and mindset change.

I live simply, intentionally, deeply rooted in purpose, and I work with women who are ready to do the same.
